"Yogayogeswara"
Pundit Ramlalji Maharaj, known as "Sri Prabhuji" by his devotees,was
one of the greatest yogis of India. Sri Prabhuji took birth in Amritsar
in 1888 and left his mortal body in 1938. He travelled through the length
of India and taught the science and technology of yoga to all seekers. His
life and experiences are described in the recently published biography.To provide health and happiness through yoga was Sri Prabhuji's message to the world. He founded the Yoga Ashramas at Rishikesh, Amritsar and Lucknow. Thousands of patients have been cured from various ailments through the practice of simple applications of yoga. Yogiraj Shamlal Khanna and Dr V.S.Rao are his present living disciples who are active on the propagation of yoga throughout the world.
