Richard Abbott
Richard has practiced Yoga and meditation for many years. In the recent past he has studied Ashtanga Yoga with Richard Freeman, Tom Gillette, and Regina and M.S. Viswanath. He has also studied extensively with Dr. V.S.. Rao of High-Tech Yoga and is a certified High-Tech teacher. He continues his study of Raja Yoga with Dr. Rao and is a dedicated student of the Ashtanga Yoga style of Pattabhi Jois. Richard teaches Frog Pond's Ashtanga Yoga classes.
Dr. Edward and Dawn Ellis
Dr. Ellis is a Naturopathic physician specializing in family practice medicine. His wife, Mrs. Dawn Ellis, is his secretary. Both are "Masters of Yoga Education", and believe in yoga as a means to health of mind, body, and consciousness.
Diane Featherstone
Co-founder of Frog Pond Yoga Center, Diane has 25 years experience studying and practicing Yoga. Her teaching style is eclectic, based on the different major traditions she has experienced over the years, including those of Swami Sivananda, B.K.S. Iyengar and Kripalu Yoga Center. For the past fifteen years Diane has been studying Raja Yoga with Dr. V.S. Rao of the High-Tech Yoga Institute of America. Her teachings are based on the eight-fold path of classical Yoga taught by Sage Patanjali in his definitive work The Yoga Sutras. Diane also holds a Masters Degree in Yoga Education from Sri Siddha Yoga Gupha, Sawain, India.
John Featherstone
Co-founder of Frog Pond Yoga Center, John has practiced and taught Yoga for fifteen years. His teaching style is predominantly influenced by Dr. Rao's High-Tech Yoga techniques to provide an integrated class based on the eight limbs of Yoga as developed by sage Patanjali in The Yoga Sutras. Formal Hatha Yoga Teacher Training was undertaken at Swami Satchidananda's Integral Yoga Ashram in Virginia. John also holds a Masters Degree in Yoga Education from Shi Siddha Yoga Gupha, Sawain, India.
Aswin Jhaveri
Practitioner of yoga for ten years, Aswin considers Dr. V.S. Rao and S.L. Khanna to be his major influences in yoga.
Ann Lindahl
Ann is a student of High-Tech Yoga Institute and is Certified as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. She teaches at Yoga Naturally in North Chelmsford MA. She can be contacted at (508) 251-7177.
Peter Marquis
Realizing life as a Spiritual Path and acknowledging Baba Ram Dass, Mantak Chia and Dr. V.S. Rao as major influences in his life, Peter offers to share his experiences in Yoga, Taoist Yoga and meditation to the straight, gay, bisexual, lesbian and H.I.V. community. Gender Free Yoga.
Dr. Bijoy Misra
Dr. Misra had his formal training in High Tech Yoga with Dr. Rao and is a certified yoga teacher. He is well versed in scriptures and yogic literature and is known for his lucid commentary on the yogic concepts. He co-teaches with Dr. Rao and other teachers on special occaisions and events. He edited the biography of Sri Prabhuji with Dr. Rao and Sri Shamlal Khanna. He is available for participation in yogic meditation and discourses.
Sudhir Parikh
Sudhir is the Founder and Managing Trustee of the Satsang Center in Woburn MA. An accomplished Yoga teacher, he offers classes at the Satsang Center and at Sadhu Vasvani Center in Dracut MA. Contact Sudhir at (603) 623-1930.
Mr. Chandrakant Shah, M.Y.Ed.
Mr. Shah has practiced yoga and meditation for the past ten years with Dr. V.S. Rao of High-Tech Yoga Institute. He is a certified Yoga teacher, and has taught yoga classes at his place of work. He has also studied yoga with Mahayogini Dr. Rajya Laxmi Devi, Yogiraj Shri Syamlal Khanna, Shri Dhyanyogi Madhusudandasji, Anandi Ma, Maa Sarveshwari and Mother Meera. Mr. Vasant Jinwala, M.Y.Ed.
Vasant Jinwala, a successful businessman, is a "Master of Yoga Education" and an accomplished Yoga teacher. A patron of the High-Tech Yoga Institute, he is an administrator of the Shishu Bharati School of Indian Languages and Culture. He teachers yoga at Shishu Bharati and at other locations.
Peter Gaudet
Mr. Gaudet holds the degree, "Master of Yoga Education" from High-Tech Yoga Institute. A long time student of Dr. Rao, he teaches Yoga in Hyde Park, MA.
Steven and Shirley Chalmers
Accomplished students of High-Tech Yoga and holders of "Master of Yoga Education" degrees, Mr. and Mrs. Chalmers teach Yoga and Karate in Spencer, MA.
Leo Rousseau
A student of High-Tech Yoga, Mr Rousseau is also a graphic designer, and a computer and video specialist. He teaches yoga in Gardner MA.
